How do I book a service?
Message us on WhatsApp and pick your service (electrician, plumber, AC, and more). You'll get a price estimate, then a KYC-verified technician is assigned to your area.
How do I pay?
A small Rs.99 advance confirms your booking (adjusted off the final bill). The balance is paid after the job — by UPI/card via a secure Razorpay link, or cash on completion.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — completed jobs carry a 30-day service warranty. Reply to your booking thread on WhatsApp to raise a warranty request.
Which areas do you cover?
We're launching across Assam, starting with Darrang and Kamrup districts and expanding to more districts and blocks.
How do I become a Partner?
Apply at /become-partner as a State, District or Block partner. You earn commission on every booking in your territory. Each territory has one partner per level.
How do I become a Technician?
Apply at /become-technician with your skills and ID. After KYC approval you receive jobs in your area and keep the largest share of every booking (79%+).
How is my phone number protected?
Customer and technician numbers are masked. The real number is shared only during the active job window so the job can be completed, then masked again.
