Assam's Home Service Platform
This is the actual process a technician goes through before they can be sent to your home, described exactly as our systems run it. Where we do not run a check, we say so rather than leaving you to assume it.
A technician applies with their name, phone, service district and block, the trades they work in, and their Aadhaar number. Aadhaar is a required field: an application cannot be submitted without one. PAN, Voter ID and guardian name are optional additions, and a precise work location can be pinned on a map.
Identity and address documents are uploaded against the application. Staff review each document individually and the outcome of every per-document check is recorded on the application, so a review is an auditable checklist rather than one undifferentiated yes or no.
Submitting moves the application onto a server-enforced workflow: submitted, then admin review, then approved. Only specific transitions are legal and the server rejects anything else, so an application cannot skip review or be approved out of order. An incomplete application is sent back for correction and re-submission instead of being silently rejected.
There is no live technician record until an administrator approves the application. Approval is what creates the technician profile, marks their KYC approved, links them to their block partner and makes them eligible to receive jobs. A pending or rejected application can never be dispatched work.
Aadhaar and PAN numbers are hashed with a keyed SHA-256 and a server-side secret, and the hash is checked against every identity already registered on the platform. If someone tries to re-use an identity that is already approved, whether as a technician, a partner or a contractor, the collision is detected. The hash is what gets compared, so the raw number never has to be looked up to run the check, and identity numbers are masked wherever they are displayed.
Verification does not stop at onboarding. A daily sweep looks at each technician's recent customer ratings, and a technician whose 30-day average is low, is based on enough rated jobs to be meaningful, and is trending down against their 90-day average, is automatically assigned training modules and raised to staff for review.
Administrators and partners see per-technician rating dashboards built from counted ratings only: real customer bookings, excluding test rows and ratings rejected by our rating-fraud checks. Quality is measured on genuine jobs.
Some platforms advertise checks they do not actually perform. To be unambiguous about ours:
If a serious incident occurs, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@taskryne.com and we will act on the technician’s account and assist with any complaint you choose to file with the authorities.
Every technician submits an application with a mandatory Aadhaar number and supporting documents. Staff review the documents, and the application moves through a server-enforced workflow from submitted to admin review to approved. Only an administrator's approval creates a live technician profile that can receive jobs.
No. Taskry NE does not run police verification or criminal background checks, and we do not claim to. Our verification is Aadhaar and PAN KYC plus administrator approval, followed by continuous monitoring of customer ratings after a technician starts working.
Yes. An Aadhaar number is a required field on the technician application and it cannot be submitted without one. PAN and Voter ID are optional.
Identity numbers are stored as keyed cryptographic hashes and checked against every identity already approved on the platform, across technicians, partners and contractors, so a re-used Aadhaar or PAN is detected as a collision.
Customer ratings on completed jobs are tracked continuously. A technician whose recent average falls and trends downward against their longer-term average is automatically assigned training modules and raised to staff for review.
An administrator on the Taskry NE team. Applications are no longer gated on a local partner's attestation: every technician application goes straight into the admin review queue and only an admin approval creates the technician profile.
