At Taskry NE, we value the trust of our customers and service providers. We aim to make the booking and cancellation process transparent, fair, and hassle-free. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making or cancelling a booking.
Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time with no cancellation charges.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a nominal cancellation fee of 10% of the service amount will apply.
If the service provider has already reached the customer’s location or started work, the booking amount will be considered non-refundable.
In case of prepaid services, eligible refunds will be processed back to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a 100% refund (for prepaid services).
Frequent cancellations by a provider may lead to account suspension or penalties as per Taskry’s provider guidelines.
Taskry reserves the right to allocate another verified provider to the customer in case of unexpected cancellations.
If the provider fails to show up without prior notice, the customer will receive a full refund and may also be offered a service credit.
If the customer is unavailable at the confirmed location and time, the booking will be treated as a customer no-show and no refund will be issued.
We understand that emergencies happen. Taskry may waive cancellation fees in cases of:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
Medical emergencies (with valid proof)
Other unavoidable circumstances at Taskry’s discretion
Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method.
Processing time is usually 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Taskry is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI, or third-party gateways.
Log in to your Taskry account.
Go to My Bookings.
Select the booking you want to cancel and click Cancel Booking.
Confirm your cancellation reason.

Taskry may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect business, legal, or regulatory requirements. All updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
