By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any services provided by Taskry NE (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Platform.
By registering, browsing, or booking a service on Taskry NE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Customer: Any person using the Platform to book services.
Service Provider: Verified professionals offering their services through the Platform.
Manager/Admin: Taskry NE team members who monitor, verify, and manage activities on the Platform.
Booking: A confirmed request made by a Customer for a particular service from a Service Provider.
Users must be at least 18 years of age.
Customers and Providers must provide accurate information during registration.
Service Providers must undergo verification and comply with local laws and regulations.
Customers agree to use the Platform only for lawful service requests.
Providers agree to deliver services with professional skill, care, and honesty.
Users shall not misuse, hack, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
Taskry NE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Customers can browse, select, and book services listed by verified providers.
Payments for services are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized gateways.
Taskry NE may hold payments in escrow until service completion.
Cancellation or refund policies will be as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.
Providers must complete KYC and police verification as required.
Providers are responsible for maintaining their service listings, pricing, and availability.
Providers must ensure their work is safe, lawful, and delivered in the promised timeframe.
Providers agree that repeated complaints, misconduct, or fraud will result in permanent removal from the Platform.
Customers must provide accurate details for service location and requirements.
Customers shall treat providers with respect and ensure a safe work environment.
Customers must not demand illegal, unsafe, or unethical services.
Customers are responsible for payment of booked services.
Upon booking acceptance, providers may share live location updates with Customers.
Taskry NE may send booking details and status updates via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
Users consent to receive such notifications as part of service communication.
Customers may cancel a booking within the permitted timeframe as per policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Taskry NE reserves the right to deduct platform charges or penalties in case of late cancellations.
Taskry NE acts only as an aggregator connecting Customers and Providers.
Taskry NE is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services delivered by Providers.
Any disputes must be resolved directly between Customers and Providers, with Taskry NE offering support where reasonable.
All content, design, trademarks, and logos on the Platform belong to Taskry NE or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.
Taskry NE respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Privacy Policy.
Sensitive data such as OTPs, payment information, and location details are secured and not shared without consent, except as required by law.
Taskry NE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account for violation of these Terms.
Users may also request account deletion by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.
