At Taskry, customer trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We strive to provide verified service providers and reliable solutions to every customer request. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed.
Refunds are applicable only to pre-paid bookings made through the Taskry platform.
If a customer cancels a booking before the service provider has accepted, a full refund will be issued.
If a provider has accepted but has not yet started the service, the customer is eligible for a partial refund (after deducting any applicable convenience or cancellation charges).
Once the service has started or has been completed, no refund will be issued unless approved under our dispute resolution policy.
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Taskry may additionally provide a credit voucher as compensation, depending on the inconvenience caused.
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of service, they must raise a complaint within 48 hours of service completion.
Taskry’s team will review the evidence (photos, chats, payment records) and may approve a full or partial refund based on the investigation.
Decisions taken by Taskry’s resolution team will be final and binding.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking) within 7–10 business days after approval.
In case of technical delays from banking partners, Taskry will not be responsible but will provide support to track the refund status.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Customer provides incorrect booking details (address, phone number, service requirements).
Customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, leading to provider cancellation.
Services completed successfully but customer later changes mind.
Any cash payments made directly to providers outside the Taskry platform.
